Overview

With the decoupling of the pause on Medi-Cal redeterminations from the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) and eligibility redeterminations slated to restart April 1, plans must begin preparing now to help eligible members avoid a gap or loss of coverage of critical health care services. Join us March 6 and learn plan strategies and approaches for the unwinding of continuous eligibility, approaches for maximizing coverage continuity, how plans can work with counties to streamline the process, and the extent to which plans can leverage the National Change of Address (NCOA)/United States Postal Service (USPS) partnership to aid in member retention.

Who Should Attend: Member services, customer service, enrollment, government affairs, analytics and any staff that are involved in or directly impacted by the eligibility and enrollment functions related to the restart of Medi-Cal redeterminations.

Registration Confirmation: Registrants will receive two emails — a registration confirmation email and a separate email that contains access information for the webinar. 

Participating in the Webinar: You will only need a computer with an updated web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Safari are recommended). Participants may opt to listen to the webinar via telephone or device. 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notification must be submitted in writing to institute@lhpc.org seven or more days prior to the course date. Refunds will not be given after that date. Substitutions are encouraged. Payment will be due for registered individuals that do not attend or participate in the event, and for which a cancellation notice is not received.
