Two Presentations Will Feature Top Medical Specialists

What:

To support healthcare providers as they care for the medical needs of transgender patients, Health Plan of San Joaquin (HPSJ) has assembled this exceptional training program with top specialists: Optimizing Transgender Health.  In addition to invitations to HPSJ network providers in San Joaquin and Stanislaus counties, this offer to attend at no cost to participants is being extended to all interested medical personnel throughout the region.

1st When/Where:

Saturday, September 10, 2016 (9:00am – 1:00pm)
HPSJ French Camp, registration & breakfast start at 8:00am

2nd When/Where:

Saturday, September 17, 2016 (9:00am – 1:00pm)
Doubletree Modesto, registration & breakfast start at 8:00am
