Partnership HealthPlan of California (PHC) has a new CEO. On
Wednesday, July 1, Elizabeth Gibboney took over the reins as CEO
of the 530,000 member Northern California Medi-Cal managed care
plan.

Santa Clara Family Health Plan (SCFHP) announces a new health
plan option for Santa Clara County low-income seniors and people
